We offer a wide range of adhesive bonding solutions for product assembly, from filter manufacturing, automotive and marine to medical equipment and everything in between.
Cyanoacrylate (Superglue or Instant Glue)
Permabond manufactures a full spectrum of cyanoacrylates to perform superbly with hard-to-bond materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE and other polyolefins. Cyanoacrylates are also good for bonding materials such as metal, rubber, composite, phenolic, silicone and many more substrates.
Permabond's high performance cyanoacrylate formulations provide a wide variety of viscosity choices as well as non-blooming and low odor formulations, rapid cure formulas and high temperature resistant products.
Hot Melt Slugs
Hot melt adhesives in various formats (bulk chips, glue sticks, 1 3/4" slugs).
High performance, extended open time adhesive primarily formulated for spraying.
Used for bonding packaging foams, bubble film, vacuum foamed mouldings, upholstery foams, cottonbacked
vinyl and many other fabrics.
Products with UL ratings including UL 2395 to secure thermal insulation in heating, ventilation and air conditioning appliances.
Permabond UV Light Curable Adhesives are single part, solvent-free, cure on demand adhesives suitable for a wide range of applications. Upon exposure to UV light of the proper intensity and spectral output, these products rapidly cure to form excellent bonds to a wide variety of substrates such as metals, glass and most plastics.
Replace your solvent based contact cement with DURA PRO AC 2389 Latex Contact Cement.
A water-based adhesive used for bonding decorative laminates (Arborite®, Formica®), polyurethane foam, polystyrene foam and fabrics to wood, plywood or particle board. It has a long open-time, good contactibility under low pressure, excellent green strength, high shear and peel strength. Lower in toxicity, better spraying characteristic and three times the coverage than a solvent base contact cement.
Structural acrylics are suitable for bonding a wide variety of materials, including metals, glass and composites, in demanding applications that require high-tensile, shear and peel strength, as well as maximum shock and impact resistance.
Permabond structural acrylics offer fast fixture and cure at room temperature, providing a solution to the continuous demands for increased line speeds, while decreasing the manufacturing costs that are associated with heat curing.
Epoxies - 2 Part
